summer nachos grande

serves 3 - 4

ingredients

  • Old El Paso® Nacho Kit (520g)
  • Old El Paso® Jalapenos (215g)
  • Old El Paso® Refried Beans (425g)
  • 1 can of Green Giant® Sweet Corn (198g)
  • 75g grated cheese
  • Old El Paso® Guacamole
  • 1 tub of sour cream

preparation

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Place a layer of the Nachips® in a large baking dish then cover with Nachos Topping. Spoon over dollops of the Refried Beans and artfully scatter some sweet corn and about a third of the jalapenos. Cover with more Nachips® and repeat, making 2-3 layers. Finally, make a top layer of Nachips® and top with grated cheese and scatter over a few more jalapenos.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

to serve

Top with guacamole and sour cream.
