Warm the soft flour tortillas by following the instructions on the box or on the BBQ or grill for 20-30 seconds per side.
Remove the skewer and place chicken and vegetables on each tortilla on a comfy bed of lettuce. Top with salsa and sour cream and roll to make a fajita. Serve with the lime quarters and fresh coriander.
